Spring 2022 Update

We have delayed our spring opening until our new website was completed. We are now open for orders.

We are thrilled to announce that our daughter, Solita, and her husband, Burke, joined us on the farm in 2021. Solita approached us with a new vision for the farm. Last year we were very busy implementing some of her plans for Bearspring Eco Retreat (bearspringeco.ca). We also started phase one of planting a food forest by planting 42 fruit and nut trees. 

With our peony operation we have decided to focus more on cut flowers. As we transition to cut flowers, we’ll be offering a smaller number of varieties for fall root division.

We plan to offer a tour of our peony fields and a couple of workshops in June. Stay tuned….
